Maureen MayELMES(Mo) (nee Martin) Peacefully on Aug 11, 2014, Mo, aged 78 years, sadly passed away at Ystrad Mynach Hospital surrounded by her family; beloved Mum of Kelly, Bern and Lou, a much loved Nan to Craig, Nicola, Emma, Christopher, Gavin and Lloyd, loving Great-Nan to Shauna and Kyle, cherished sister of Natalie. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services Ltd, Parc Avenue Funeral Home, Crossways, CF83 3AZ until the service to be held on Tuesday Aug 26, 1.30pm at St Martin's Church, Caerphilly, prior to cremation at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 2.45pm.
